We also teach you how to prepare delicious food which you only need 10-15 minutes and give you access to all food data base so you have plenty of options to choose

Do I have to eat the same foods all the time?

Never.

Here we design the protocols around your lifestyle and the foods you like, so it feels enjoyable.

Can I still eat the foods that I like?

I am traveling this week/weekend. How do I stick to my plan?

We will teach you all the fundamentals you need for you to choose the foods for yourself, even if you are dining out.

So you wonโ€™t have any issues.

And we provide our own Dynamix Travel guide to help you stay on goals even if you're traveling all over the world.

What is video check-ins?

After you return the check-in questions once every week, your coach will send you a 3-7 minute-long video celebrating your wins and giving you actionable steps for the upcoming week to ensure you are progressing in the right direction

What if i miss a check in?

We expect the best and hold our clients to the highest possible standards.

This check-in is a crucial step to determine your progress and to make changes accordingly.

Failing to send in your weekly check-in (without a legitimate reason) will result in a warning.

Once youโ€™ve made the commitment to work with us, weโ€™re going to do everything in our power to ensure youโ€™re successful in reaching your goals, and that requires your cooperation too.

Will i get access to coach 24/7?

Absolutely,

You have 24/7 access to your coach.

More than that, we are here as a community,

You get access to all coaches and members.

Additionally, your coach will check in with you at least 2-3 times a week to make sure you're on the right path.

What if I am unable to go to the gym? Can I still transform?

Absolutely,

We highly recommend you train at a commercial gym, as the equipment's there will allow you to get your best results.

But if it's not an option for you, you can always train at home with minimal equipment.

Most of the moms who join the program build their foundation at home since time is a huge concern.

Since we customize everything according to your lifestyle and needs, you can still transform regardless of the location

How many times per week do I have to workout?

It totally depends on your current lifestyle and how much time you can allocate towards fitness

We typically start our clients on 3 days a week with 30-45 minutes maximum for workouts.

If they would love to progress, we tend to go for 5 days a week

How long will it take to complete 5 phases of body transformation?
